The guides were great. I felt well-informed about the process, received a lot of guidance, and all the staff, including the minibus driver, were very friendly. The minibus was very comfortable.

The jungle walk to the emerald pool (great for swimming) and the hot springs was really nice. Both places were crowded, but we could still enjoy them. The tiger cave was okay. There were lots of monkeys to watch.

It was a great day out. The hot springs were really good. The nice walk through the jungle to the Emerald pools was enjoyable. Our guide was nice too. Climbing the 1260 steps up Tiger Cave mountains was tough but worth it for the view.
